Greystar specifies a driver’s license for operating a property golf cart and a flexible schedule that may include on-call evenings, weekends and holidays.

The Forge Apartments service supervisor posting lists $42–$44 an hour and an anticipated October 16 close. It calls for building- or property-maintenance experience and applicants’ own hand tools unless prohibited by law. EPA certification applies if the work involves a sealed HVAC system; the schedule may include on-call evenings, weekends and holidays.

For applicants with management experience, the RYE Central Park community manager posting lists $40–$48 an hour and an anticipated October 30 close. It specifies a 4–6-year minimum for relevant experience and says a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Colorado Springs maintenance job

The Vue at Spring Creek service technician posting lists $21 an hour and an anticipated October 14 close. Its EPA refrigerant-certification condition is specified for certified service technicians.
